Description: 
The main character is an unsuccessful office worker.
However, he has a special skill that no one else can match.
That is, “Just by twirling his fingers,
he can freely control dragonflies.”
One day, he learns on a TV program that
“Dragonflies have compound eyes, so they don’t dizzy.”
He wonders,
“So what exactly is this ability I have?”
The first thing he tries out is on stray cats.
Just by twirling his fingers, he is able to easily tame the wild stray cats.
As he watches the cats rub up against his feet, he wonders,
“Maybe I can control humans too?”
And so he tests out his ability on a beautiful girl who happens to be passing by.
